i recently touched back into watercolors. it seems like doing portraits is the easiest way for me to get back into the medium. Here is a painting i did of my friend Justine : )

fighting AIG

One of my clients had some quarrels with AIG in the past and has written a whole entry on the matter. I got an assignment from him who wanted me to draw a picture of him as a street fighter character fighting AIG which will be used for his blog. Here’s what i came up with.

It was a fun and quick assignment for me. I usually love jobs that involves a fond childhood past time.

so a continuation on the sketch that i was working on earlier. i ended up doing an oil version of the picture

The picture is going to be used for an auction. And all the money from the auction is going to be donated to a good cause. I feel like i’m doing a nice good deed.

Little clip i put together

So i mentioned on an earlier post that i went to ICON 6 this year.
I put a little video together using iMovie to show some of the things i did.

it was easier than i thought to play around with iMovie. It gives me a good idea of what

i can do with future animation projects and possibly even upgrading into AfterEffects.

But who knows! we’ll see what happens in the future.
